1.产品概述  Product overview
盘扣式多功能脚手架，是继碗扣式脚手架之后升级换代产品。这种脚手架立杆采用直径60mm、直径48mm，壁厚3.2mm、Q355B钢管做主构件，圆盘为直径135mm、122mm厚10mm的圆盘，圆盘上开设8个孔，设有水平杆、斜杆连接孔。

◆可调上下托撑  Adjustable upper and lower bracket
•JGJ231-2010*6.1.5条强制性规定：
模板支架可调托座伸出**层或双槽钢托梁的悬臂长度严禁**过650mm，且丝杆外露长度严禁**过400mm，可调托座插入立杆或双槽钢托梁长度不得小于150mm’。
•JGJ231-2010*6.1.7条规定：
模板支架可调底座丝杆外露长度不应大于300mm，作为扫地杆的较底层水平杆离地高度不应大于550mm。
   •article 6.1.5 of jgj231-2010 is mandatory:            
The cantilever length of adjustable bracket of formwork support extending out of the top layer or double channel steel joist shall not exceed 650mm, and the exposed length of screw rod shall not exceed 400mm, and the length of adjustable bracket inserted into upright or double channel steel joist shall not be less than 150 mm '.       
•article 6.1.7 of jgj231-2010 stipulates:              
The exposed length of the screw rod of the adjustable base of the formwork support shall not be greater than 300 mm, and the height from the ground of the lowest level horizontal rod as the bottom of the sweeping rod shall not be greater than 550 mm.
